Sleepwell – Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

Sleepwell’s mission is to support individuals in recovery or transitioning from treatment by providing donated furniture and related aftercare resources. These Terms & Conditions outline how our services, donations, and website are used.

2. Eligibility

Recipients of furniture and services must:

• Be in recovery or transitioning from a treatment facility, sober living program, or similar circumstance.

• Complete a short intake or verification process to confirm eligibility.

We reserve the right to accept or deny requests based on available inventory, delivery capacity, and program guidelines.

3. Donations

All donations — monetary or material — become the property of Sleepwell upon receipt.
We may:

• Repurpose or redistribute items based on community needs.

• Decline donations that are unsafe, damaged, or unsanitary.
  Sleepwell does not guarantee tax-deductible eligibility for all donations; please consult your tax advisor.

4. Furniture Delivery and Liability

Sleepwell and its volunteers take care when delivering items but cannot guarantee:

• Exact delivery dates or times.

• Specific item requests or styles.

• Liability for injury or property damage during delivery, setup, or use of donated items.

All furniture is provided as-is without warranty or guarantee.

5. Privacy

We collect limited personal information (name, contact info, and basic recovery status) solely for program participation and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse forms or systems for fraudulent requests.

• Upload or transmit harmful or misleading content.

Sleepwell may update or remove content at any time without notice.

Sleepwell provides support and furnishings as part of a goodwill initiative. We do not offer medical, therapeutic, or housing advice. Participation in the program is voluntary and at your own discretion.
